Illinois’ SSBCI Technical Assistance Program is designed to expand access to technical assistance, financial readiness, and growth resources for socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDI) and very small businesses (VSBs).

Capital Readiness: Improve documentation, financial preparedness, and readiness for future funding opportunities.
